Why It Matters
Cracking UPSC or GPSC is less about talent than about thousands of hours of disciplined, silent, uninterrupted study. This is the single largest academic investment on campus - eight reading halls built to let 560 aspirants (280 boys, 280 girls) build that habit every single day, for years, without distraction.
What It Includes
Funds the complete construction of eight reading halls (1,050-1,320 m² total) with individual study seats, batch-wise compartmentalisation, ergonomic furniture, acoustic isolation, climate control and refreshment pantries for boys' and girls' sides.
